In the fray enemies often have slight damage, resulting in Tetra now doing 3hts. The goal of this build is to stay in the fray as long as possible, so the Ink-Savers should go some way to assisting that, with enough Sub-Saver to actually throw an additional Homing Bomb if required. (If your playstyle doesn't directly confront Ink-Armor and Baller; you could swap out the Shredder for an additional Main-Saver achieving much of the builds effect still)
