1. Main Ability
The most important Ability in this build is Main Power Up with taking 2m4s. This is the perfect amount to get the damage-output to 49.9, which turns the weapon into a 2HKO if the enemy has the slightest damage on him.
2. Secondary Abilities
The Weapon benefits really well from Comeback due to it's special and ink-and strafing output.
Value Subs
2 subs Swim Speed Up is mostly enough to make the weapon more lightweight. The same goes for Quick Super Jump, there's enough difference to be exprienced with the amount. The one sub Special Saver is one of the best value sub due to it being really effective in small amounts.
