Just a day 1 build I'll be running for the weapon. 1.3 Sub Saver gives me 6 sloshes after a bomb, which doesn't matter too much, but I just used it as a benchmark to stop stacking Sub Saver for the bomb itself
0.2 Bomb Range lets me roll bombs more consistently at Slosher's max range and generally allows me to pressure areas at range
1.0 MPU because the 70 damage slosh is really important with this weapon
The rest are just general utility
