This is what I usually run for Zones unless there are long, flat maps like camp or port in rotation in which case I use Vcharger to abuse sting ray.
Abilities:
16AP ISM for 7 shots
13AP SVU for quickly getting bomb rush to pressure zone
10AP SSU for quick movements (especially on unscoped)
9AP SS to preserve bomb rush
3AP QSJ/RES/BDEF to be able to survive longer.
