This heavy build is based on maximum mobility when a flexible backline is needed. Run speed up will maximize your range and can get you around the map when your team lacks map control. Run speed also increases your survivability in close encounters. Quick super jump gets you away from danger and right back into the fighting as quickly as possible. Charge up pumps out rays when they're needed, but it's not enough to reliably quick release rays whenever they get charged.
