Bloblobber is one of my absolute favorite weapons, and rain is my favorite special. For this gear set I use a lot of special charge up to get rain out as much as possible. I use some sub saver as well, sometimes I like playing aggro bloblobber, so I want to make sure I don't lose the rain.
I really love thermal ink on bloblobber because the bubbles may hit someone I didn't see before, so it allows me to target people better (very helpful in league for callouts)
